Some information on this site:
3-04-99: the GAA page is up and online.
3-05-99: I finally relize that everything is completely gone haywire on this site.
3-21-99: I finally fixed most of the problems with JAVA.
3-22-99: Half of the links are fixed and most of site is messed up.
3-25-99: I finally give up on fixing the original page and begin on new web site.
4-05-99: Finished rebuilding site with new look.
4-06-99: Site is finally setup and put back online.
4-23-99: Site is up and running with all links working.
